There were definitely some stand-out companies and products. I was really happy to be there with people who could taste the foods I couldn't taste.

2. Elements
Elements was my 2nd favorite snack. I had the Dark Chocolate Rice Cakes and I was left wanting more. Of course they are made in Italy, but I didn't know that when I became excited about this low calorie, low sugar, gluten-free, GMO Free, etc.

3. Natural Decadence
This company was started by two lifelong friends who were both diagnose with food allergies.
The product line has: pies, pizza dough, cookies, cookie dough, stuffing mix, graham crackers, shortbread and bread crumbs.

4. Goodie Girls
Glamour Magazine exclaimed, "These cookies are heaven."
Flavors include Quinoa Choco-Chip, Midnight Brownie, Mint Slims, Oatmeal Raisin, and Crunchy Chaos.
