1. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and sometimes oats.

2.  Gluten can be found in many places such as:
             Art Supplies
             Alcoholic Beverages
             Body Care Products: shampoo and toothpaste, etc.
             Candy
             Dental Products
             Fast Foods
             Foods
             Household Cleaners
             Medications
             Nail Products
             Pet Products
             Spices
