Ingredients
4 chicken breasts or tenders.
1 tbsp olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
organic garlic powder to taste black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Instructions
- Put oil in pan and heat
- Sprinkle garlic powder and lemon juice on chicken. Place sprinkled side face down in pan.
- For tenders turn after 4 minutes, breasts after 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle more garlic powder and lemon juice on chicken and cook until done.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
