The Rundown Part 2: The Expo Newbies Treats

As I mentioned there are 1000's of vendors at the Expo, so when I say this company or item is new, I mean it is new to me, to this side of the country, or the Expo itself.
There were definitely some stand-out companies and products. I was really happy to be there with people who could taste the foods I couldn't taste.
Here is my 6 top products, by type of item, and in order of preference:

2. Elements
Elements was my 2nd favorite snack. I had the Dark Chocolate Rice Cakes and I was left wanting more.  Of course they are made in Italy, but I didn't know that when I became excited about this low calorie, low sugar, gluten-free, GMO Free, etc.

3. Natural Decadence 
This company was started by two lifelong friends who were both diagnose with food allergies. 

"Both as a gluten free mom and adult with food allergies, we know how hard it can be to find artisan foods for those on restricted diets." This cookies and baked treats were a hit at the Expo. People would stop by to try 1 thing and stay and try everything.
The product line has: pies, pizza dough, cookies, cookie dough, stuffing mix, graham crackers, shortbread and bread crumbs.

4.  Goodie Girls
Glamour Magazine exclaimed, "These cookies are heaven."
Flavors include Quinoa Choco-Chip, Midnight Brownie, Mint Slims, Oatmeal Raisin, and Crunchy Chaos.

 5. Eat Pastry
Many of us know Eat Pastry for the cookie dough found in the refrigerator section. 
NOW they have introduced Single-Serve Gluten-Free Baking Mixes: Buttermilk Biscuits, Chocolate Cake, and Muffins

6. Bloomfield

I know Bloomfield has been around for awhile BUT this is the first time I tasted their products.

They had rolls and bread. They were very good and well worth taking another look at the company.
