Amazingly Delicious Gluten-Free Korean Food

I was first introduced to Suji's Cuisine at the Natural Food Products West in March. Suji's was the favorite line of all those I was with at the Expo.  I waited to introduce it because it was not ready to launch in stores until now. 

Suji Park is a restaurateur who initially opened a New York style restaurant in Seoul. She has grown her business by expanding her restaurant chain and creating a food development company. Her food is influenced by Korea, Japan and the United States. Now she has created an all natural ingredient and gluten-free line of Korean Sauces and Meals.
